New catalog is here!

AAPLD is excited to announce changes to our catalog that will upgrade how you find materials and see your account information. You’ll now experience a better, faster browsing experience that works well on phones, tablets, and desktops. We thank you for your patience as we navigate these changes together.

What to expect: April 17 and beyond

Your account password will transfer over to the new catalog in ALL CAPS (e.g., “patron” will become “PATRON”). The password for new patron accounts will be the last four digits of the patron’s phone number.

  • Log into the new catalog with your existing password entered in ALL CAPS.
  • If you change your password, remember that passwords will now be case sensitive.

Take advantage of new options:

  • Choose your notification method: phone call, email or text
  • Opt in to save your checkout history. If you already do so, that setting will retain in the new system.
  • Request to pick up your holds at any of the 24 libraries in our resource-sharing group, including our drive-up window.
  • If your items can be renewed, they will renew automatically three days before they are do, up to two times.
    • Exclusions: hot items, if you’ve reached your renewal limit, or if there is a hold on the item.
    • If you’ve chosen email or text notification, you’ll receive a courtesy reminder when your materials can no longer be automatically renewed.

We’re here to help!
