Book Sale at the Eastgate Branch
Thank you to everyone who shopped the Friends of the Library’s Summer Book Sale! Your support helped raise nearly $4,500 in just three days, all to benefit the Algonquin Area Public Library District.

About the Friends

The Friends of the Algonquin Area Public Library was founded May 6, 1991. The Friends are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the main and branch Library by providing materials, services, and educational opportunities that are not funded by the Library budget.

Membership is open to anyone high school age and older, so please join us! We all love books and enjoy our time together. Our customers love how easy it is to find what they want and we love creating an inviting environment to shop for bargains! Booksale Finder rates our book sales EXCEPTIONAL!
