Teacher Materials Request

Dear Teachers:
The Algonquin Area Public Library is pleased to offer you the service of pulling materials that may be useful to you or your students as you study a particular unit in your classroom. Materials checked out are subject to the same lending limits and fines as other library materials. Patrons are limited to 15 items per request. Please fill out the following form if you'd like to have materials pulled for checkout. Thank you!
