Since 1998,  the area's longest running teen poetry cafe!

2nd Wednesday's --September through July

Poets, writers, actors, musicians and friends…share your talents with us!  We meet once a month in an enjoyable "coffee-house" atmosphere, downstairs at the Eastgate Branch library building,115 Eastgate Drive, Algonquin, IL. Snacks, soda, and coffee will be served.

Open to TEENS and young adults going into Grade 9 and up! Eclectic Alumni are welcome to join us at Halloween and National Poetry Month! Enjoy SOME OF OUR POETRY!

Doors open at 6:30 pm. “Open Mike” 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
