Nova Scotia Historical Vital Statistics
The Nova Scotia Archives and Records Management maintains this new searchable vital records database containing one million names. The database includes Births 1864-1877, Marriages 1864-1930, and Deaths 1864-1877 and 1908-1955 Every name is linked to its original record, which can be viewed online in digitized form.

Genlias
Online abstracts of birth, marriage, and death records from the Civil Register, the most important Dutch source for genealogical research. Genlias is a database in development. New information is added frequently. Full list of the records currently available.

Database of Advertisements for Irish Immigrants published in the Boston Pilot. October 1831 through October 1921.
Famine Irish Data Files
Search over 604,000 immigrants who arrived at the port of New York between 1846-1851. These records may include the name, age, town of last residence, destination, arrival date, and port of embarkation for the passengers.
