LIBRARY CARDS - SCHOOL
All public and private
schools located within the Algonquin Area Public Library District are eligible
for a School Library Card.
The
principal or director of the institution shall request a School Library Card on
the institution’s letterhead. The application form will be mailed to the
principal or director. Upon submission of the application, the school is
issued one card which will be mailed directly to the principal or director who will
assume all responsibility for its use, including any fines and fees incurred
due to overdue, damaged or lost materials.
School
Library Cards expire one year from the date of issue, and are renewable upon
completion of a new application.
