Library Cards - Non-Resident

Non-Resident Library Cards are available to persons who reside in an area without local library service.  Payment of the non-resident fee will permit all family members who domicile at the same address to obtain library cards. 

All non-residents must purchase their card from the library closest to their residence that is participating

in the State Public Library Non-Resident Services Act (23 Ill. Adm. Code 3050).

The fee is $252.00 per year.
