Cellular Telephone/Electronic Communications Use

All cellular telephones and other electronic communications devices may be carried into the Library. All such devices must be set on vibrate or other noiseless mode. All conversations must be conducted outside of the public use areas of the library. At the Harnish building conversations may be conducted in the enclosed vestibule, outdoors, or in the lower level lobby. At the Eastgate building conversations may be conducted in the main floor lobby or outdoors.
