LOST AND PAID MATERIALS

Lost library materials must be paid for at the item record cost. In addition, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 per item.

Magazines which are lost and paid for shall be charged at cover cost. There are no processing fees for lost and paid magazines.

Refunds for Lost and Paid materials will be issued if they are returned to the library within three months from the date of payment. Material must be returned in good condition.

DAMAGED MATERIALS

Library materials must be returned undamaged. If an item is returned damaged beyond repair, it must be paid for at the item record cost. In addition, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 per item.

MISSING ITEMS

If library materials are returned with any portion missing the library will make every attempt to replace the missing piece(s). A non-refundable $5.00 processing fee will be charged. If the library is unable to replace the missing piece(s), the item must be paid for at item record cost. In addition, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 per item.
